What READY FOR HUMAN REVIEW does not mean

Package checks and scientific correctness are separate judgements, and collapsing them into one badge is how a reader gets misled.

READY FOR HUMAN REVIEW means the package, the evidence trail, the limitations and the review records are available for a person to inspect. It does not mean novel, correct, statistically significant, safe to publish, peer reviewed, or submitted.

The label is deliberately about the package rather than the science, because those two judgements fail in different ways. A clean build and a resolvable citation graph say nothing about whether the method is sound, and a sound method does not guarantee a clean rebuild.

So the gates keep limitations attached. A gate returns PASS, PASS_WITH_LIMITATIONS, REVISE, BLOCKED or REJECT together with its checks, evidence references, policy version and dissent.

Publication is not automatic. HowHow does not submit to arXiv. The system stops at the exact label and a person decides what happens next — including deciding to archive the episode.
